To finish with Paris, I could not not tell you about my favourite Brasserie. It had become the family headquarter over the years. The reasons are simple: the 1950's wooden setting is a delight for the eye, the service is amazingly kind and cheeky, just what a Parisian Brasserie ought to be, the food is traditional and if you are not won over yet, wait until you see their giant chocolate eclair!
