A picnic somewhere in a meadow, under a tree… A little bit of jazz, a lot of sun, a nice bottle of wine, a few crystal glasses, floating dresses, bow ties and friends. A simple idea of happiness.

60's Mood: Sunny Girlfriend by The Monkees

October 09, 2010

A glass of Clairette, some Zahtar and Kabsa croissants, an Almond and Orange Blossom Syrup pudding and a few friends… what a lovely way to start the week-end!

Yesterday was the unhooking of the “La mode, c’est vous” exhibition at the Galeries Lafayette. The writer and the photographer of the “Dictionary of Looks” had a partnership with the Galeries Lafayette: the idea was to capture streetstyles. All of the pictures sorted by style (not an easy job) and hanged on different walls. It was a lot of fun, and a little bit odd to pose, but mostly a good riddle to guess on what wall we would end up!

And after three weeks, a lot of tools, a few great friends and family, a lot of work, and of memorable laughs, here we are! A sweet  home somewhere in Paris, vintage and warm. So a lot of thanks to those loving friends and family.
