Today is Bastille Day, french national Day!
When I'm in France, what I usually do is I watch the military parade on TV curled up in a blanket with a coffee, because it usually rains on that day. I usually feel like my 5 years old self, watching the French Air force parading and spreading the French Flag in the sky, because my Father used to be in one of those planes.
Then early evening, after we drank a bottle of Champagne, I go with my Sister to our favourite fire station rue de Turenne in the 4th arrondissement, metro St Paul, and we dance with Sailors, Pilots and Firemen!
