I love baking, and offering Jam pots, Madeleines, Cookies, Cheese Puffs (see here), it's probably part of my Frenchness, I just love making things happen in my Kitchen. I usually cook with the BBC Radio or a Jazz Radio (TSF Jazz is my Favourite), there is nothing like a swinging Kitchen!
Knowing that, you can easily imagine how happy I was to hear that the famous Hummingbird Bakery was opening at Dubai Mall by the end of September! The first Bakery was opened on Portobello Road in London in 2004, since then, their delicate American pastries have come a long way and are now finally landing in the Middle East. Just like the Birds, they are migrating for Winter from Europe, Hello Birdies!
