Yes, Portobello is not dead, proof is I actually found a vintage Hat at the Market while I was in London in Summer. One certainly has to fight for it and deserve it, it takes an energetic, dynamic, lovely Friend (thank you C. for sharing this adventure, I loved it!), lots of gossip, Coffee, lots of Sunshine, a whole afternoon and plenty of Patience. But if you persevere, you will be rewarded. C. found a whole outfit for a wedding, I came back with that lovely 1960's Hat. Thank you dear dear London!
